Nature-Based Ayurvedic and Yogic Practices

Hello And Namaste.

My name is Janaki (she/her) and I am here to share an amazing
framework to understand physical and energetic health in the times we are living in. This is for all of us. I currently see clients online for 1-on-1 Ayurvedic Health Consultations.

With deep respect for the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga from India, I have integrated this wisdom into my daily practice and now offer guidance to people all over the world who feel deep down there must be a better way for us to be.

You who would like to heal your body and mind with Nature and ancient Wisdom: know that it is completely attainable.

You deserve to feel well.

For many years in my 30s I experienced suffering* in both body and mind. None of it felt right to me but it became my norm.

The solution I found was to work deeply with Nature, using Ayurvedic and Yogic principles. Now I integrate these into my practice and would love to share them with you.

Together, we HEAL.

It is my wish that humanity can use this time-tested modality to heal our cells, clear our minds, and find a more compassionate and authentic expression within our Selves, our human and Earth communities. It is time to rebirth our systems with ourSelves!

These ancient principles still apply to every single one of us today— humans of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, colors, cultures, identities, locations and orientations.

Let us be courageous, and not afraid, to make some changes that bring us closer to our best selves— radiant, powerful, loving, peaceful, joyful, kind, wise. This is why we are here, and why I am sharing this with you now.

*Re: suffering, a partial list: there was brain fog; constipation; chronic fatigue; poor immunity; hair falling out; debilitating and painful menstrual and pre-menstrual symptoms; an agitated and fearful mind even while asleep; depression, and some close calls with psychosis. I exhausted myself trying all the blood tests, supplements, diets (including one that I thought was an ‘Ayurvedic’ diet), and some other modalities.  I did see some improvement; yet, the symptoms remained, and then I compensated to remain ‘functional’. (E.g., increasing my dependence on caffeine, sugar, unhelpful thought patterns, scrolling and numbing out.)
Our bodies always give messages. Ayurveda teaches us how to understand them, and then make lasting positive change.
