Mantras & Meditations

Sound is powerful, especially in the form of a Sanskrit mantra or chant. The vibrations can change our lives. They are most effective when we are open to them.

I began chanting 10 years ago in solitude. There are many ancient mantras that have helped me create a better energy within myself and around me. Now I like to share my chanting.

Here are some of them,

plus a brief “take pause” meditation.

May you find what supports you in your journey.

The translations of the meanings are intricate and numerous; I have not included them here.

There is some variation in the written English transliteration of the Sanskrit sounds.
